The CUNY Institute for Education Policy’s Education Equity Initiative is committed to providing the most up-to-date resources (those published in 2013 and onward) on closing the achievement gap. Our online library examines the following core themes: parent involvement, curricular, instructional and academic rigor, college access, readiness, and persistence, non-traditional schools and models, economic issues, and social and cultural capital. Each section collates high quality research articles, reports, and books that contribute to the ongoing conversation, and provides information on the Institute’s events and Idealab essays that relate.
